De-clutter, let go of things you no longer have a use for, free up space.
When buying new items for your home, chose natural materials, wools, cotton, linens, wood, hand made or from sustainable sources, follow your heart and buy things that will stand the test of time.
Bring in nature with plants and fresh flowers.
Let fresh air in, open windows.
Burn herbs or diffuse essential oils, light soy based or beeswax candles.
Choose colours that positively affect your mood.
Cut down on electronics, for multiple reasons, for the level of distraction they can cause and be conscious of what information you are allowing to enter your space and when.
Review toxins, when spring cleaning, go for simple products, vinegar, bicarbonate of soda work wonders.
Create a special space for relaxation, allow time for yourself, use it for meditation, reading, yoga, or anything else that will revitalise you and raise your vibrations!
