Monday meditation

On the day of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, in my mediation this morning something came through which I thought I would share.

'the TRUE LIGHT casts no shadows'.

This can mean so many things, some of which might be helpful to you today.

· We do not need to try and outshine others.

· We do not need to live in shadows created by others.

· Shadows created in the mind have hope of finding light.

· Shadows cast on the heart can heal.

Because we are all light, beings of light.
