Mindful walk in nature with Photography

Summer gifts are all around, berries, blue skies, swaying grasses, are you taking a moment for yourself to stop and notice? Before the busyness of getting back to work or school runs this is a great time to absorb the energy and enjoyment of now.


I've recorded a 10 min walking meditation,  with guided mindful nature photography, giving opportunity to both calm the mind and connect with the joy of creativity and nature.


Tip


You could try limiting yourself to 5 taking photographs, or look for a theme whilst you're out walking. This could be specific colours, shapes, flowers, grasses, leaves, or moments of light. Or, simply just photograph the things you've never noticed before or feel special today.
